1Chapter 1

Welcome to PocketFounder OS

PocketFounder OS is one operating system for turning an idea into a real, running company. Instead of scattering your business across disconnected tools, everything — your thinking, your plan, your documents, your website, your funding preparation and your day-to-day management — lives in one governed workspace.

How the platform is organised

There are four layers you will use. PF Intelligence is your strategic advisor. The Founder Journey takes you from idea to launch in ten structured stages. The Business Builder produces the real assets — websites, stores, brand and video. The Executive Workspace is where you run the company once it exists.

The governing principle

Nothing is decided on your behalf. You provide your thinking, PF Intelligence structures it into a professional deliverable, and you review and approve it. Every approved deliverable becomes part of your company record, and later stages build on it.

What you need to begin

An email address is enough to create a free account and start the Founder Journey. Paid workspaces unlock the wider platform. You do not need a registered company, a business plan, or any technical skill.

2Chapter 2

Creating and Setting Up Your Account

Your account is the key to everything. Registration takes a minute, and account setup determines how the platform personalises your guidance.

Registering

Choose Get Started, then register with email and a password, or continue with Google or Apple. If you register with email, we send a six-digit verification code — enter it to confirm your address. Codes can take a minute or two to arrive; check your spam folder if it does not appear.

Signing in later

Use Log In with the same method you registered with. If you forget your password, choose Forgot Password and follow the emailed reset link.

Your profile

In Account, complete your personal profile, contact details and location. This information is used to personalise guidance and is never sold or shared.

Security

In Account → Security you can change your password and enable two-factor authentication for an extra layer of protection on sign-in.

Privacy and data

Account → Privacy shows what data the platform holds, lets you manage AI-processing consent, and lets you request deletion of your account and data.

3Chapter 3

Plans, Billing and AI Credits

A free account lets you begin the Founder Journey. Paid plans unlock the full operating system. AI work is metered in credits so you always know what you are using.

Choosing a plan

The Pricing page lists every plan with what it includes, on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is charged once for twelve months. Choose the plan that matches how much of the platform you intend to use.

Activating

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Once payment succeeds, your workspace unlocks automatically — no manual step is needed. If you are on a trial, the workspace shows how many days remain.

Managing your subscription

Account → Billing shows your plan, renewal date, auto-renew setting and payment method, and gives you a billing portal to update your card, download invoices, or cancel.

How AI credits work

Each AI generation consumes credits from your plan's monthly allowance. Your balance and history are visible in your account, so nothing is hidden. If you run low, you can buy a Top-Up Pack at any time — top-up credits do not expire with the month.

4Chapter 4

PF Intelligence — Your Strategic Advisor

PF Intelligence is the reasoning layer of the platform. It knows your company context — your approved deliverables, decisions and progress — so its answers are specific to your business rather than generic advice.

Asking a question

Open PF Intelligence and type or dictate your question. Ask about strategy, pricing, validation, funding, competition, operations or your next best action. The more context you give, the sharper the answer.

Voice

Use the microphone to speak instead of typing. You can review the transcript before sending, and you can have answers read back to you in the premium PocketFounder voice.

Conversations

Conversations are saved so you can return to earlier thinking, continue a thread, or clear a conversation you no longer need.

Perspectives

You can ask PF Intelligence to reason from a specific executive perspective — for example commercial, financial or operational — when you want a decision examined from one angle.

Actions and proposals

Where an answer implies work, PF Intelligence can propose a concrete next action. Nothing is executed without you confirming it, and material actions ask for explicit confirmation first.

5Chapter 5

The Founder Journey — Idea to Launch in Ten Stages

The Founder Journey is the backbone of the platform. Ten sequential stages take you from a raw idea to a launched company, each made of workspaces that produce one approved deliverable.

How a workspace works

Every workspace follows the same rhythm. It explains why the step matters and what information is needed. You enter your own thinking. PF Intelligence drafts a structured deliverable from it. You review, edit if needed, and approve. Approval is what advances your journey.

Stage 1 — Business Idea

Capture and clarify the idea: the problem, who has it, your proposed solution and why you are the person to build it. Outcome: an approved Initial Business Concept.

Stage 2 — Validation

Test whether the problem is real before you build. Define assumptions, prepare and run customer interviews, record evidence, and conclude with a Go, Revise or Stop decision.

Stage 3 — Business Model

Define how the company creates, delivers and captures value: revenue model, pricing, cost structure, sales channels, customer acquisition, key activities and resources.

Stage 4 — Business Formation

Prepare to establish the business properly: name, legal structure, ownership, jurisdiction, registration and tax checklists, insurance and legal documents.

Stage 5 — Build the Offer or MVP

Turn the validated idea into a defined product or service: offer definition, scope, core features, user stories, customer journey, technical requirements, build plan and testing plan.

Stage 6 — Brand and Market Presence

Create your brand strategy, messaging, brand voice, website plan, page content and SEO foundation — the content package your public presence is built from.

Stage 7 — Financial Readiness

Understand the numbers: startup costs, operating expenses, pricing assumptions, revenue forecast, break-even, funding requirement and cash planning.

Stage 8 — Funding Preparation

Prepare to pursue the right funding: readiness assessment, funding type selection, grants and loans, investor readiness, pitch narrative and use of funds.

Stage 9 — Launch Preparation

Get ready for a controlled, measurable launch: objective, audience, offer, sales and marketing readiness, support plan, operational readiness and risk review.

Stage 10 — Launch and Executive Transition

Record the launch, capture initial results and customer feedback, set your first thirty-day priorities and KPIs, and hand over to ongoing executive management.

Moving at your own pace

Stages unlock in order because each depends on the one before. You can leave and return at any time — your progress, inputs and deliverables are saved. The Journey Overview always shows where you are and what is next.

6Chapter 6

Business Builder — Websites, Stores and Applications

The Business Builder turns your plan into real, publishable assets. Describe what you need and the platform generates a complete site you can edit, then publish.

Creating a website

Describe your business in plain language. The builder detects what kind of site you need — landing page, portfolio, blog, booking or store — and generates pages, sections, copy and a matching theme.

Editing

Edit any section directly, reorder or add sections, change headings and copy, replace images, and adjust colours and fonts. You can also describe a change in words and have the assistant apply it.

Online store

For commerce sites, manage categories and products with prices, images, variants, SKUs and stock. Digital products deliver a secure download after purchase. Connect payments to accept real orders, and track orders in Store Orders.

Publishing

A readiness checklist tells you what is still missing before you go live. Publish to a PocketFounder address, and connect a custom domain or remove PocketFounder branding on eligible plans.

Versions and organising

Every significant change saves a version you can restore. My Websites lets you organise sites into folders, and anything you delete goes to Trash where it can be restored.

7Chapter 7

Video Studio and Brand Studio

Produce the marketing assets your launch needs: brand materials, and campaign video built to a plan rather than guesswork.

Video Studio projects

Create a project, set the campaign brief — objective, audience, goal, platform, duration and aspect ratio — and upload any footage, images or audio you already own.

Brand kit

Add your logo, primary and accent colours and font so every produced asset matches your brand exactly.

Plan then produce

The studio first generates a marketing and build plan you can review. Production then renders footage and composites your branding and text on top, so wording and logos are exactly what you approved. Progress is shown while it renders, and previous renders are kept.

Brand Studio and the Business Vault

Your Vault stores brand assets, documents, financial files and research in one place, with upload, search and categorisation, so everything your business needs is retrievable.

8Chapter 8

The Executive Workspace — Running the Company

Once your company exists, the Executive Workspace is your daily command surface: one place to see what matters, decide what is next, and act.

Executive Desk

Your landing surface: company status, health, your next action, recent activity and a briefing of what changed.

Command Centre

A consolidated operational view of the company across the modules you use.

Daily Briefing

A short, generated summary of your position and priorities so you can start the day informed.

Tasks and Decisions

Create and track tasks, and record decisions with their rationale so the reasoning behind each choice is never lost.

Communications, Calendar, Meetings and Contacts

Manage messages, your schedule, meetings and business contacts inside the workspace instead of switching tools.

Markets

Live market data with a ticker of benchmark indices and major movers, watchlists and folders so you can track what is relevant to your business.

Documents

Workspace documents kept alongside the decisions and tasks they relate to.

Company Intelligence

The current state of your company as the platform understands it — the same context PF Intelligence reasons from.

Trust and Assurance

A governance view of controls, evidence, risks and assessments for founders who need to demonstrate that their business is run properly.

Integrations

The Integration Centre is where you connect supported external services to your workspace.

9Chapter 9

Funding and Investor Readiness

The platform helps you understand your numbers, prepare properly and approach the right kind of funding — it does not provide or promise funding.

Funding Centre

Assess your funding readiness, understand which funding types suit your business, and work through the preparation each one requires.

Opportunities

Browse funding sources and opportunities, and track the ones relevant to your business.

Financial forecasting

Build a forecast from your own assumptions — costs, pricing and revenue — and compare planned figures with monthly actuals as you trade.

Pitch deck and investor updates

Generate a structured pitch deck from your approved deliverables, keep investor contacts, and produce investor updates as the business progresses.

10Chapter 10

Deliverables, Timeline and Company Records

Everything you approve becomes a permanent, versioned company record — the reason later guidance stays consistent with earlier decisions.

Deliverables Centre

Every deliverable you have produced, with its status, version and the inputs it was created from. Open any one to review or export it.

Timeline

A chronological history of your company: approvals, decisions, milestones, uploads and changes.

Change requests and approvals

Changing something already approved creates a change request, so amendments are deliberate and recorded rather than silent.

Blueprint and Strategic Roadmap

Your Blueprint is the consolidated picture of the business. The Strategic Roadmap turns it into sequenced priorities and milestones.

11Chapter 11

Partner and Franchise Programs

Two optional programs exist for people who want to build a business around PocketFounder OS rather than only use it.

Partner Program

For consultants, advisors, agencies, coaches and communities. Apply through the Partner Program page. Approved partners get a partner workspace with customers, referrals, sales, commissions and resources.

Franchise Program

For those who want a territory-based PocketFounder business. The franchise pages explain tiers, the path to ownership, revenue potential and the application process, with a franchisee portal and network for approved owners.

Affiliates

The affiliate program gives you a referral link and tracks signups attributed to you.

12Chapter 12

Resources, Help and Support

There are three places to get unstuck, and it is worth knowing which one to use.

Help Centre

Step-by-step articles organised by category, with an AI answer for questions in your own words. Every article can be read or listened to in the premium voice.

Resource Library and AI Tools

The Library holds guides, templates and funding sources. AI Tools give you focused instruments such as business model generation, market sentiment and pitch decks.

Support

For anything the Help Centre cannot answer — account, billing or technical issues — use the Support page to reach the team.

Blog, Changelog and Transparency

The Blog covers insights and practice, the Changelog records what has shipped, and the Security and AI Transparency pages explain how your data is protected and how AI is used.

13Chapter 13

Your Recommended Path

If you are unsure where to begin, follow this order. It is the shortest route from idea to a company you can actually run.

Week one

Create your account, complete your profile, and finish Stage 1 — Business Idea. Ask PF Intelligence to pressure-test your concept before you go further.

Weeks two to four

Work through Stage 2 — Validation. Speak to real potential customers, record what you learn, and make an honest Go, Revise or Stop decision. This is the single highest-value thing you can do.

The following month

With validation behind you, move through Business Model, Formation and your Offer or MVP definition. Then build your brand, website and financial picture.

Approaching launch

Prepare funding if you need it, complete Launch Preparation, then launch and move into the Executive Workspace for daily operation.

One habit that matters

Open your Daily Briefing each morning and act on the single next action. Consistent small progress, recorded properly, is what turns an idea into a company.
